This is explained in the documentary "La fugida", which can be seen in cinemas and will be broadcast on June 18 on "Nits sense ficció", by TV3, as a result of a co-production by 3Cat with Prensa Ibérica and Ottokar.
In fact, in this audiovisual piece, the Jesuits admit that since 1968 they knew Tó was "a sexual predator", but so far, they have denied being aware that he continued abusing girls and boys in Bolivia.
